1. How can I see a bubl before purchasing?

You can schedule virtual demo of a bubl unit. You will be connected with one of our workspace experts who can walk through how the bubl works and answer any questions you have.

2. How does the 30-day risk-free trial work?

We’re so confident you’ll love your bubl we invite you to try a 30-day risk-free trial. If within 30 days of receiving your bubl you decide it’s not right for you, we can handle the rest! Our team will take care of disassembly, return shipping and process the refund for the cost of your bubl once your bubl has been returned. Our 30 day risk-free trial only applies to the first purchased bubl per company and does not apply to deliveries outside of the United States and Canada. Note: you will have to pay for any damages to the unit that have occurred after delivery. 3. How soundproof is the bubl?

Based on extensive testing, the bubl has been shown to reduce noise from the unit’s interior by 30 decibels on the NIC scale. This means users outside the bubl will sound significantly muffled to a bubl’s occupant. While this is not complete sound isolation, muffled white noise has been shown to provide a better acoustic environment for productivity compared to a complete absence of sound. Our embedded speaker can also play white noise and other sounds to help block out exterior noise.

4. Does the bubl come with a chair?

The bubl does not include a chair, however we sell an adjustable chair designed for maximum comfort and support in the bubl. If you would like to use your own chair, we recommend a chair of adjustable height starting at least 22” off the ground and a base diameter of 24” or less.

5. How is the bubl’s air ventilated?

There are two intake fans embedded in the wall and two outtake fans in the roof to achieve a high level of comfort. Unlike most other booths, the bubl comes with a temperature sensor and the fans are speed-adjustable. We also have an optional true HEPA filter add-on that can be placed in front of the intake fans to filter the incoming air. To maximize airflow, we recommend at least two inches of space between any obstructions and the intake/outtake vents.

6. Does the bubl have a power outlet and USB ports?

Yes! The bubl comes with an outlet that has two sockets, a USB-A port and a USB-C port. The USB ports are not meant to charge a laptop though the standard outlet sockets will. The desk also comes with a built-in wireless charger if you need to power your devices and don’t have a cable on hand.

7. How do I connect bubl to power?

The bubl connects to a standard electrical outlet. The power cord is 16 AWG 10ft / 3m UL listed cable with a standard outlet plug. This single outlet will power the bubl’s display, fans, lights, desk, internal power outlet, and wireless charger. We recommend connecting directly into a wall outlet and avoid using a multi-outlet power strip to reduce any potential surge protection issues. 8. How do I connect the bubl to the internet?

The bubl connects to a standard electrical outlet. The power cord is 16 AWG 10ft / 3m UL listed cable with a standard outlet plug. This single outlet will power the bubl’s display, fans, lights, desk, internal power outlet, and wireless charger. We recommend connecting directly into a wall outlet and avoid using a multi-outlet power strip to reduce any potential surge protection issues. 9. Does the bubl interfere with WiFi?

While the bubl does a pretty good job at blocking out sound waves, WiFi signals should work just fine. If you are having connectivity issues related to your bubl, feel free to reach out to our technical support team at support@bubl.space.

10. How do I connect my device to bubl’s display for use as a secondary monitor?

Your device can connect to the 27" 4K display via the HDMI port under the desk. You can also wirelessly connect to the display via AirPlay 2, Miracast or Chromecast.

11. How does occupancy detection work?

The bubl comes with an occupancy sensor embedded in the roof and a door open/close sensor. Using these sensors, bubl’s software can automatically turn on the lights, fans, and display. If the bubl is occupied for an extended period of time, it can automatically turn off the lights, fans, and display to reduce power consumption. You can modify your bubl’s sleep hours and power-saving options by using the admin dashboard as a part of your bubl.OS subscription.

12. How do I access the admin dashboard for my bubl?

A few days before your first bubl is scheduled to be delivered, our team will send you a link to access the bubl admin dashboard. This admin dashboard allows you to customize your bubl's settings, connect calendar resources, and manage video conferencing applications. You will also be able to add/remove team members to your organization’s admin dashboard. Existing users can login to our admin dashboard here. 13. Is the bubl ADA compliant?

Unfortunately the bubl is not ADA compliant. To be ADA compliant, the bubl would have to be at least 5 feet in dimension to allow for a wheelchair to make a complete turn inside the bubl. This would make it more challenging to install and in some jurisdictions, a fire suppression system would have to be installed. To provide an ADA compliant soundproof enclosure in your space, we recommend doing a custom buildout. While we do not offer an ADA compliant version, feel free to reach out to our team via hello@bubl.space if you need recommendations for doing an ADA compliant custom build out.

14. Does the bubl require a fire suppression system?

The bubl was designed to be less than 48 inches in both floor dimensions to avoid triggering sprinkler system guidelines set out by the NFPA 13, §8.4.4.3.1 which states sprinklers only need to be installed in obstructions that exceed fixed 4' wide obstructions. If a fire suppression system is required by a local authority we strongly recommend having our team pre-drill sprinkler holes at no extra charge. This eliminates extra labor costs and maintains your unit's warranty. If a sprinkler hole is cut after delivery, this voids the unit's warranty. 15. Does the bubl’s HEPA filter protect against COVID-19?

The HEPA filter add-on is a True HEPA filter designed to filter out 99.97% of airborne particles as small as .3 microns in size. However, the bubl’s door may be opened allowing particles to bypass the HEPA filter. Because of this we cannot guarantee the HEPA filter will completely protect against COVID-19 particles inside the bubl. That said, the HEPA filter’s multiple layers can be used to capture particles before they enter the bubl.

We also recommend replacing your bubl’s HEPA filter every 6 months (included with your bubl.OS subscription) to ensure maximum filtration. To further reduce the potential spread of germs, we also recommend enabling “Touchless” event reservation and check-in to minimize surface contact.

Shipping and Delivery

16. How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email and a delivery estimate once your order has been placed. We will reach out ahead of your delivery window to schedule an exact delivery time and confirm all delivery details. You can also check the status of your order by reaching out to us at support@bubl.space.

17. Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping to select countries, however lead times may be longer than due to shipping delays. For international orders, contact our team at support@bubl.space and we will work to provide you an estimate on shipping timelines and costs.

18. How many boxes will my bubl arrive in?

Your bubl will arrive in 3 heavy-duty cardboard boxes with packing foam. Box 1 contains the floor, roof, table and tools. Box 2 contains the side wall and door. Box 3 contains the front wall and side wall. The dimensions of each box are as follows:

Box 1 (~120 lb) 48.03” H  x 46.46” L x 11.81” W (122 x 118 x 30cm)

Box 2 (~140 lb) 87.40” H x 48.03” L x 9.84” W (222 x 122 x 25cm)

Box 3 (~240 lb) 79.53” H x 46.46” L x 11.81” W (202 x 118 x 30cm)

Boxes 1, 2, and 3 may come combined on a pallet which may or may not be removed before delivery. The overall dimensions of the combined pallet are: 92” H x 48.82” L x 36.22” W (234 x 124 x 92cm)

19. What if my building needs a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for delivery?

Our trained delivery experts and assembly partners are able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your bubl’s delivery and assembly upon request. Once we’ve received your order, we’ll reach out to go over delivery details and instructions. If a COI is required, we’ll make sure the COI provided is approved by your building before we make the delivery. If you need to update your COI requirements or have questions about the COI and/or delivery process, please reach out to our team via support@bubl.space.

20. Do you offer weekend and after hour deliveries?

Our standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. We have limited availability but do offer after hour and weekend deliveries for an extra charge. If you are looking to have your bubl delivered outside of standard delivery hours, let our team know when scheduling your delivery or reach out to support@bubl.space and we will work to provide you our availability and costs.

21. Can I reschedule if I miss my scheduled delivery?

We understand plans may change, so we request that you notify our team at least 48 hours in advance of a delivery to reschedule if you cannot receive your bubl as originally agreed upon. If we are unable to deliver your unit at the scheduled time, we do charge a no-show fee. This fee also applies when the building is not ready to receive your bubl delivery at the previously agreed upon time and location. You can learn more about no-show charges in our Terms & Conditions. 22. Can my bubl be delivered to a residential address?

Residential addresses can be used for delivery in certain limited circumstances. While bubl was designed for commercial and public settings, we understand its value even in residential settings. If you are looking to have your bubl delivered to a residential address, please send us a note at support@bubl.space to see if delivery is available for your location.

Installation

23. How do I assemble my bubl?

If you opt for self-assembly, we will provide detailed assembly instructions. After delivery and all parts have been removed from their packaging, two-people should be able to assemble the bubl in around 90 minutes. The bubl should never be assembled with fewer than two people for safety purposes. Should you run into issues during self-assembly, we offer live remote video support to help you finish installing your bubl. If you’d prefer to have us assemble your bubl for you, select “White Glove Installation” at checkout. If you want to add white glove installation after your order has been placed or if you have installation issues, reach out to support@bubl.space.

24. How does white glove installation work?

Bubl is designed for easy assembly, however we can make it even easier by having it delivered, assembled, and installed for you. If you choose white glove installation at checkout, our team of expert installers will deliver the unit, assemble it onsite in the location you’ve requested, and remove any packaging so it can be disposed off site. While we recommend scheduling a 4 hour installation window, our installation team generally won’t take the entire time. Note: depending on the city you are in, white glove installation may cost extra or not be available at all. Feel free to reach out to our team at support@bubl.space to see if white glove installation is an option for your delivery address.

25. How long will white glove installation take?

Once your bubl has been unboxed, assembly can be typically completed in under 90 minutes. When scheduling a white glove installation, we recommend scheduling at least a 4 hour delivery window in case there are issues with assembly or getting the bubl into your building.

26. How can I move my bubl?

Unlike most other booths, the bubl comes with built-in casters to allow for easy movement indoors. By raising the leveling feet to their highest position, the entirety of the bubl’s should be resting on its casters. This allows you to wheel the bubl to its new location without disassembly. After moving, lower the leveling feet so the casters are completely off the ground to make sure the bubl is anchored in its new position. Cancellations and Returns

27. Can I return my bubl?

If your bubl was purchased as a part of our 30-day risk-free trial and you decide bubl is not the right fit for you, we totally understand! To request a refund, reach out to our team at support@bubl.space.

If your bubl is outside of the 30-day return window, our team will do everything we can to help maximize your bubl experience and keep your unit running in top shape. All bubls come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase and your bubl.OS subscription includes software updates which constantly improve the capabilities of your bubl.

28. What happens if I need to cancel my order?

If you’d like to cancel your order, please reach out to us at support@bubl.space along with your receipt number. Cancellations within 48 hours of placing your order will be free of charge. 29. I no longer need my bubl. Can bubl help recycle it?

If your unit has reached its end of life and you no longer need it, our team can help you sustainably recycle your unit. Our expert logistics team will disassemble, pick-up and recycle your bubl for a small charge per unit. Note: our recycling program is not available for all pick-up locations. Warranty and Repairs

30. Does my bubl come with a Warranty?

Every bubl comes with a 2-year warranty which is valid from the date of purchase. We cover the full cost of repairs or replacements needed due to manufacturing defects. We do not cover damages from misuse, improper assembly or damage caused during movement of your bubl from one location to another. Additionally, your bubl.OS subscription will add additional coverage beyond the initial 2-year warranty, including reduced replacement part costs and proactive maintenance monitoring. 31. What if my bubl needs to be repaired?

We strive to build every bubl so it is a long-lasting purchase that requires minimal maintenance. However, we understand there may be times when your bubl needs to have a part replaced. For all parts, our team of expert technicians will be there to deliver and install the repair parts. For certain parts we may be able to ship the replacement part to you for self-repair (to reduce the time it takes to get your bubl back up and running).
